What happens if I have not received my package?

If you have not received your package during normal delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. It may take up to 4 weeks to locate your package by the courier.

If the package was delayed due to incomplete or incorrect address, it should be returned to us. To resend this package to the correct address, there will be a $10.95 postage fee for Standard Shipping and $16.95 for Express Shipping.

How do I change my address after I have placed an order?

Unfortunately, we can't change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure that the correct address has been entered to avoid your package being sent back to us.

If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can delay the package by up to 4 weeks, but Australia Post will eventually return the package to us. We may request a return fee and payment to resend your order out to you.

I have placed an order, how long will it take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from Melbourne. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with link to track your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to amend orders after they have been placed. If you would like to return an item, please refer to our returns policy.

How do you package orders?

We use recycled boxes for our packaging. Our shipping labels are also compostable as well as our eco friendly tape.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

International orders: Only PayPal is available.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened, unused and in original condition. The return postage is at buyer's expense. Please refer to our returns page for more details.

I received a faulty product, What should i do?

Please contact us via email explaining the issue and attach a photo and our team will assess for you.

How do I get my referral link?

The referral widget will appear on the checkout page after you completed the purchase. You can copy the referral link and send to your friend. You can also share the link via WhatsApp, Twitter or Facebook.

How will I receive my referral reward?

After your friend has made the purchase using the referral link you shared. You will receive a discount via email. This email will only be sent after the orders are fulfilled.

I'm having trouble redeeming my coupon code. It says it's expired/invalid. Help?

You have 30 days from the date you were referred to redeem the code. if you don't redeem it within that timeframe, the code will expire and you won't be able to use it anymore.
