Based in Northern NSW, Doña Cholita crafts authentic corn tortillas and corn tortilla chips using traditional Mexican methods. Each product begins with organic, nixtamalized maize, reflecting the flavours, quality, and heritage found in kitchens and street markets across Mexico.
