All ingredients are certified organic and all nuts and seeds are activated .

The activation process involves soaking the nuts, seeds or grains in filtered water with Australian sea salt, then slowly dehydrating them at low temperatures rather than roasting them quickly. This traditional method helps reduce phytic acid, supports easier digestion and brings out a crisp texture with deeper natural flavour.
