Targeted Relief: Apply 4-5 rolls (about 10cm each) directly to sore joints, stiff muscles, or areas of discomfort whenever you need relief. Focus on knees, elbows, shoulders, lower back, hands, or anywhere you're experiencing pain or inflammation.
