How to Use

Mix one heaped scoop (6g) into 200ml of your favourite warm milk or hot water about an hour before bed. Stir it well and sip slowly to help your body settle in for the night. Since this is designed to help you wind down, only drink it when you’re actually ready to head to bed.

One scoop is the perfect starting point for most, but feel free to have two serves if you need a little extra comfort on a restless night. If you’d like to tweak the flavour, add more water or unsweetened milk to balance the sweetness, or a drop of vanilla to mellow out the herbs. You can also play around with the timing. While an hour before bed is the sweet spot for many, adjust it until you find your own perfect routine.
