How to Use

Read the label and all suitability warnings before use. Make sure you can breathe freely through your nose.
Clean and thoroughly dry the skin around your mouth.
Gently apply a strip over your closed lips before bed, following the pack directions.
To remove, use your tongue to moisten and loosen the adhesive from inside your mouth, then peel it away gently. Stop use if discomfort or an adverse reaction occurs.
