Fire Tonic Switchel Shrub Syrup Lemon & Ginger combines raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with real lemon juice concentrate and pressed ginger. It offers a bright citrus flavour with a warming ginger finish.

Raw local honey and pink Himalayan mineral salt round out the recipe. The concentrate contains no refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours or preservatives. Natural ginger sediment may settle, so shake before using.

Mix with soda water for a sparkling switchel or use in mocktails and other drinks. The 180ml bottle makes up to 3.6 litres at a 5% dilution. Refrigerate after opening.

How to Use

  1. Shake before use to mix any natural ginger sediment.
  2. For a 200ml drink, add 10–14ml syrup and top up with soda water. Adjust to taste.
