Herbs of Gold Magnesium Chewable Raspberry is a delicious, raspberry flavoured chewable tablet delivering 150mg of elemental magnesium per tablet in two highly bioavailable organic forms. It is a practical, tablet-free alternative to standard magnesium supplements, suited to adults and children over 12 who want effective magnesium support for muscle health, stress, energy, and hormonal balance without the need to swallow capsules.

Each tablet combines magnesium citrate (90mg elemental magnesium) and magnesium amino acid chelate (60mg elemental magnesium) — both well-absorbed organic forms that are gentler on the digestive system than inorganic alternatives. Together they support healthy muscle contraction and relieve muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate, assist a healthy stress response and nervous system function, and support cardiovascular, bone, and muscle health.

The formula also relieves symptoms of premenstrual tension (PMT) and reduces menstrual cramps and pain, and assists sugar metabolism and energy production. Naturally sweetened with xylitol and thaumatin, and free from artificial colours, flavours, and sweeteners. Note: contains sulfites.

How to Use
