Herbs of Gold Memory and Cognition Gold is a comprehensive brain health formula combining clinically trialled Brahmi with Ginkgo, Rosemary, phosphatidylserine, and active B vitamins to support memory, mental focus, and cognitive function. It is suited to adults and children over 12, including students, older adults, and those experiencing mental fatigue or reduced concentration.

The standout ingredient is BacoMind® — a clinically trialled extract of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) standardised to 101.25mg of bacoside A per tablet and equivalent to 4.5g of dry whole plant. Clinical studies support its ability to enhance memory recall and cognitive function during ageing, as well as improve learning, information retention, and recall in children and teenagers. Ginkgo leaf extract, standardised to 14.4mg of flavonglycosides, helps maintain mental function and supports blood circulation to peripheral areas of the body. Rosemary, used in Western herbal medicine, supports brain health and improves mental recall. Phosphatidylserine (20mg from soy lecithin) supports brain cell communication and cellular information transfer. The formula is completed with 100mcg of methylcobalamin (active vitamin B12) and 50mcg of methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) — both in their active forms for optimal absorption and mental function support. Brahmi, Ginkgo, and Rosemary also act as antioxidants, reducing free radicals in the body. Note: contains soy.

  • Soy phosphatidylserine-enriched soy lecithin powder 100mg

  • Levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®) 90.17micrograms
    equiv. Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) 50 micrograms

How to Use
