Tyrosine (500mg), the amino acid precursor to thyroid hormones, is included alongside these minerals to support the full hormone synthesis pathway. Vitamin C (20mg) provides antioxidant support and contributes to immune function. Withania (Ashwagandha) root extract, equivalent to 1.5g dry root per tablet, is used in Ayurvedic medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress, relieve fatigue, and support a healthy stress response — making it a relevant addition given the well-documented relationship between chronic stress and thyroid function. Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, tree nuts, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

How to Use

Adults - Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not recommended in overactive thyroid. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains soya bean products.
