Hurraw Aura Accent Balms - Crimson Aura

Hurraw's Aura Accent Balms are multi-purpose coconut-based balms that can be used for a variety of purposes. Dab the balm on your lips, cheeks, brow ridge, collarbones, or anyplace else to bring out your inner glow! The possibilities are endless, so get creative.

A synthetic mica is used in this Aura balm. Rather than being mined from the earth, the shimmers are created in a lab from natural minerals. Because most earth mined minerals are very impossible to track, Hurraw! has worked hard to ensure that its ingredients are traceable. Hurraw! makes their own items in order to maintain their transparency. Antimony, arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, and chromium are all absent from their synthetic mica, according to third-party testing.

 

Ingredients

Ingredients (INCI): Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil*, Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil*, Euphorbia cerifera cera (candelilla) wax, Theobroma cacao (cacao) seed butter*, Jojoba esters, Maltodextrin (tapioca), Hydrogenated olive oil, Daucus carota sativa (Carrot) root extract, Synthetic fluorphlogopite**, Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil*, Alkanna tinctoria root extract, Olea europaea oil unsaponifiables, Citric acid (citrus), CI 77491 (Iron oxide)

*certified organic ingredients.

Hurraw Balm is certified organic by the Montana Department of Agriculture.

**Although you will see “iron oxide” on the ingredient list, it is not used as a colorant and is present at less than <.008% (per jar) in the synthetic mica we use in Aura Crimson.

How to Use

Use on your cheeks. It will give a pinch of color and shimmer without staining, feeling greasy or being too sparkly. Yes, you can use on lips too ;) Note: this product has slightly less shimmer than our other Aura Accent Balms.
