Ingredients

Psyllium husk, beetroot and cacao blend (beetroot powder, coconut milk powder, organic cacao , cinnamon, ginger, sweetener (green leaf stevia)), organic milled buckwheat, organic maca powder, almond meal, ground chia seeds, organic hemp powder, ground linseed, sunflower meal.

How to Use

Simply add 3 tablespoons into a bowl, add 250ml (1cup) hot/cold milk of choice or water, stir thoroughly for 60 seconds, top with dried of fresh fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, coconut, granola or yoghurt.
