Josh & Sue Harissa Spice Rub is a fiery and flavourful North African-inspired spice blend designed to bring bold chilli heat to your cooking. Inspired by traditional Tunisian harissa, this dry spice rub is a convenient way to create as much harissa paste as you need, with the consistency you prefer.

Simply mix the Harissa Spice Rub with water, olive oil or lemon juice to create a flavourful paste. For vegetarian cooking, use it with root vegetables, chickpeas, tofu, tacos, tagines and curries, or sprinkle it over chopped vegetables with olive oil before roasting.

The blend can also be mixed with stock or lemon juice and added to couscous or quinoa, or stirred through soups and casseroles for extra depth and heat.
