How to Use

Before showering massage the dry mitt over your entire body using firm, circular motions. Be sure to focus on dry/rough areas like elbows, knees and feet. For gentler exfoliation, dampen the mitt and use on wet skin in the shower. Nourish and hydrate skin post-shower with your favourite LAMAV Ayurvedic Body Oil. Rinse mitt well after each use and hang to dry. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
