How to Use

  1. take about 30 cm (12 inches) of floss from the dispenser.
  2. wrap the ends around your middle fingers.
  3. gently slide the floss between teeth to just below the gum line.
  4. move the floss in a c shape to clean both sides of each tooth.
  5. rinse or brush as part of your daily routine.
