MTHFR Organic PHGG (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum) 250g

MTHFR Organic PHGG is a natural, soluble prebiotic fibre derived from the guar bean plant. Unlike other fibres, it does not swell in water, making it smooth, tasteless, and easy to consume daily. This certified organic fibre supports digestive health by promoting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and improving stool consistency.

PHGG helps increase short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which are essential for maintaining gut integrity and overall digestive balance. It has also been shown to reduce symptoms of IBS, bloating, and constipation, making it suitable for sensitive digestive systems and conditions such as SIBO.

How to Use

Adults: 1 level tablespoon (4 g) daily, added to fluid and stir to dissolve
Children 12 months – 12 years: ½ tablespoon (2 g) daily, added to fluid and stir to dissolve
Start by introducing ¼ to ½ of the dosage in a large glass of water after dinner and slowly increase weekly until 1 scoop is reached
